Hopefully you are here to learn from me or about me! That is cool because I have found that websites and emails really don't validate trust or relationship building when it comes to getting involved in business opportunities. There are so many scams and sites which take your money and then never give it back when the deal goes sour. I know the secret to working in partnerships is to create relationships with people who Know, Like and Trust you. Hopefully I can prove all three options and become a partner with you.

One thing you'll notice here too is this is not some cookie cutter website that looks like all the rest out there. It is unique, because it is about ME, and not about a boring Biz Op website.

So even though this is still a WEBSITE, I am going to try to tell you a lot about me. The reason I do this, is because I am a leader who wants to help people succeed on and off the internet with their home based business dreams. The more you know about me, the more you will understand that doing business with me will help you succeed in finding your income dreams by working from home. I would like to work with you personally, and help you develop a success and prosperity system that works with you and your unique personality. Just read my bio, and please call me, as you will see some things about me, that might create an affinity to work together. I want to work with people who are like me, and people who also like me.

My Personal Biography

I was born on February 25th, 1959 in Mobridge SD. On beautiful Lake Oahe. I was the oldest of three children. I spent my first 18 years playing sports, working in my dad's motorcycle shop, and trying to avoid the cops. I enjoyed racing motocross, water-skiing and jet skies. I also did my share of camping and fishing.

I attended college for a short time at the University of Nebraska. Music and business where my primary studies. That's when my dream of playing music full time took over. I spent the 80's and the first half of the 90's making my living as a musician and working in retail between bands.

I was back in Mobridge helping my mother with a small business she had purchased when I met Darcey. We were engaged August of 1987 and married June of 1988. Four years later we had our first child Aaron and two years later our daughter Kyra came into our lives. What a joy they are to us! We are truly blessed.

We returned to Nebraska in 1997. I was working as a sales man at Star City Motor Sports and Darcey was a stay at home mom. The family pastime was racing at a local BMX track with a few national events mixed in. On May 6th 2000 our lives came crashing down when I had a fall and crushed my T-6 vertebrae. This left me paralyzed from the chest down. I tried a return to work about 9 months later, this was not a good option. I could only tolerate about 4 hours a day. Darcey had to give up being a stay at home mom and went to work at a local motorcycle manufacturer.

In 2002 I started looking at the Home Based Business arena. I began to explore MLM. Don't let that word, "MLM" scare you, it stands for Multi-Level or Network Marketing. Network Marketing companies are direct sales companies which pay out a portion of their sales for a product to a distributor. Did you know who Michael Dell is? He owns Dell Computers. He has a direct selling company which is the #1 seller of Computers. Do you know how he did it? He has delegated a task to people to call others on the phone and sell them computers. Those people who sold computers for him, made a commission off that sale. That is what people in MLM are doing today, making commissions for the retail purchase of products from people who are in a group or downline below them. It is legal and it is one of the greatest industries in the world, when run correctly.

You probably have visions of Amway friends converting you to their way of life by buying their products, etc, or maybe you got duped to going to a house meeting and all the sudden, were ambushed with a slick sales pitch to buy soap?

Or maybe you have been burned by some MLM companies because you paid them your money, but your downline never grew. I wonder why? Did you ever pick up the phone and invite someone into your company? Or maybe they took your money and never sent you their product. MLM only works when you work, and if you expect someone else to do the work for you, you will never be successful. I personally think MLM is a fantastic industry, but I also know that in order to succeed, one must not try to duplicate a PERSON, but only a SYSTEM.

After you have been online and looking for a new business over and over and after failing and failing, something needs to change right? I heard stats that say there are 600 million people on the internet right now. 598 Million of them want to start a home based business because they are not making a living with a 9-5 job. Do you relate with that?

My Personal experience with MLM with out naming names. I tried three different companies. I would build a down line using traditional methods. Three way calling and time consuming one on one presentation's. I was able to build a team of 35 to 45 members then slowly they would begin dropping out. This drop off is called attrition. I found myself working to maintain my down line to keep up with drop outs. I was making a few hundred bucks a month. I was not in what I would call the BIG TIME. And I was working way to many hours. There had to be a better way!

Then I met Val Smyth, the founder of Mentors In Motion and I immediately hooked up with him and took his program and began my internet career as a Mentor, Coach and Strategist, helping people HYPER-EXPLODE their home based businesses. Mentors in Motion changed my paradigm for how to grow companies and build relationships with people based on what their needs are. It has given me a marketing FOUNDATION for all the ventures I am currently with.

I have finally found my nitch, and I look forward to you beginning a relationship with a leader like me who can help you grow your business too.
